Promotion Terms & Conditions

Applies to competitions hosted on the official BrandXPPand social media pages (Facebook & Instagram)

Acknowledgement

All competitions and promotions featured on our official social media pages are independently managed by BrandXPPand and are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram in any way.
By participating, entrants agree to release Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility arising from or in connection with the competition.

Competition Rules

1. Promoter
The promoter is BrandXPPand.

2. Eligibility
• Open to all followers of the official BrandXPPand social media pages residing in South Africa, aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of BrandXPPand, their close relatives, or anyone directly connected to the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Prize Collection & Delivery
• Prizes must be collected from Edenvale, Gauteng, South Africa.
• Participants living outside Gauteng are responsible for their own courier costs if they request delivery.
• Should a winner decline to cover courier costs, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected.

4. Entry Requirements
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to participate.
• Entry routes and instructions will be detailed on the official competition post.
• Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.
• Entries must be received before the stated closing date; late entries will not be considered.
• The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical or other issues.

5. Competition Period & Changes
• Start and end dates will be clearly stated on the post or creative artwork.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure, legal restrictions, or technical difficulties.
• Any updates will be communicated via our official social media channels.

6. Prizes
• Prize details are specified in the competition post.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If a prize becomes unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute it with another of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Selection & Notification
• Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received, using a random selection tool or verified software.
• The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) or email within five (5) days of the competition’s closing date.
• If the winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.
• The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Publicity
• By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, social media handle, and/or image in promotional materials related to the competition.
• Personal data will be handled strictly in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• The winner’s name may be published on BrandXPPand’s social media pages or made available by email upon request at info@branditexpandit.co.za.

9. General
• Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Entrants must be following @BrandXPPand on Facebook (and Instagram, where applicable) to qualify.
• The promoter reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting to our social media or website.
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by third parties.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social network.
• All information provided is collected by BrandXPPand and not by any external party.
